Description of problem:

edg-mkgridmap from EPEL7 needs a runtime dependency to be installed: perl-LWP-Protocol-https

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

edg-mkgridmap.noarch 0:4.0.0-4.el7

How reproducible:

run edg-mkgridamp

Steps to Reproduce:
1./usr/sbin/edg-mkgridmap --conf=<mkgridmap.conf> --safe --output=/etc/mapfile

Actual results:

voms search(https://voms.cern.ch:8443/voms/atlas/services/VOMSCompatibility?method=getGridmapUsers&container=%2Fatlas): Protocol scheme 'https' is not supported (LWP::Protocol::https not installed)

voms search(https://voms.cern.ch:8443/voms/atlas/services/VOMSCompatibility?method=getGridmapUsers&container=%2Fatlas%2FRole%3Dlcgadmin): Protocol scheme 'https' is not supported (LWP::Protocol::https not installed)



Additional info:

Installing the missing dependency manually solve the issue.
