How reproducible:

Seems to affect VMs with certain configuration during EMS refresh.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On SCVMM provider in CF UI, initiate relationship refresh.

Actual results:

Failure produced, EMS provider not refreshed and updated relationships not shown in CF.


Expected results:

Updated relationships for provider shown in CF.
