Description Alexandre Oliva 2004-02-24 12:26:32 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040217

Description of problem:
If you click on log out and wait for the confirmation window to pop up
before moving the mouse pointer out of the panel, the panel won't
hide, and if you cancel the log out, it will remain displayed until
you move the mouse pointer onto it again.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-panel-2.5.3.1-6

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable auto hide
2.Click on the log out action button
3.Wait for the confirmation window to pop up, without moving the mouse
out of the panel
4.Cancel the log out

Actual Results: The panel remains shown, even though the mouse is not
on it

Expected Results: It should go away at some point.

Interesting bug! We basically never know that you moved your mouse
outside of the panel because the X server is grabbed at the time.
