EFI : Problem loading kernel X.509 certificate -129 followed by No cashing mode found for sde Now I have 7 drives (from sda to sdg) installed when I try to install. The sde drive is a 1TB fixed disk drive I use for data only and hence is not needed during installation. So I disconnected and tried again. I got the same no cashing mode found for sde (where sde is NOW my portable 1TB drive) and I got a little further to the device selection screen but again the same hang error. So I removed the portable leaveing sde to now become my flash drive memory stick. No more hangs after that. It seems that the kernel can't handle more than 5 drives. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1157657 *** |
