[important enough to be backport to RHEV-3.5.0 IMO]
Description of problem:
The password text box of new host dialog is not empty initially, if the language is Chinese, Korean or German. And this will cause the add host operation failed, even if the password you input into the password text box is correct. And in this case, if you fetch the SSH Fingerprint before you click the ok button, then the add host operation will succeed.
If you use other languages(e.g. Engilsh), then everything is fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login webadmin portal using Chinese/Korean/German
2. Select Host Tab
3. Click the New button
4. Fill the blank of New Host dialog with correct information. Particularly, empty the password test box before inputting the correct password
5. Click the OK button
Actual results:
Add host operation failed
The error messages as follow:
Connecting to host via SSH has failed, verify that the host is reachable (IP address, routable address etc.) You may refer to the engine.log file for further details.
Expected results:
Add host operation succeeded
Additional info:
If before Step 5 you fetched the SSH Fingerprint, then the add host operation will succeed
Verified, it's fixed on latest vt build. The password text box of new host dialog is empty initially and the host is added successfully with inputting password test box (Tested on zh_CN).
