Description of problem:
There is question mark icon on Systems -> <system> -> Details -> Reactivation (it is a Perl page)


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite-5.7.0-RHEL6-re20141128.0

always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Systems -> <system> -> Details -> Reactivation
   I.e. https://<fqdn>/network/systems/details/activation.pxt?sid=<sid>


Actual results:
Notice question mark icon next to profile name heading. It leads to https://<fqdn>/rhn/help/reference/en-US/ which is OK, but I guess we want to remove these.


Expected results:
No question mark icon next to profile name heading.
