Description of problem: Missing package in EPEL-7


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.attempt to create an openconnect vpn
2.oops. can't. do "yum install networkmanager-openconnect
3.can't do that either. package not in epel7.

Actual results: no workey


Expected results: working vpn


Additional info:
Please create the NetworkManager-openvpn package for EPEL7

I committed a TYPO in "Additional info:" where it says "openvpn" it SHOULD have said "openconnect". Thank you for your patience. :)

Let's bump EPEL7 to OpenConnect 7.01 to match F21/rawhide, before we start adding packages which depend on libopenconnect.so
