Description of problem:
I have a package (texmaker) that depends on qtsingleapplication. I can build the package fine on Rawhide.

I found that qtsingleapplication in F21 is considerably older than the one in rawhide.

Will it be a big problem to update it in F21?

Looking at the changelog, the package in F21 has not been updated for quite sometime (just mass rebuilds)

* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
