Description of problem:
so packstack didnt continue (due to multilib issues) but it went ahead and showed this message anyways.

 * File /root/keystonerc_admin has been created on OpenStack client host 10.0.0.18. To use the command line tools you need to source the file.

that file does NOT exist

and also
 * To access the OpenStack Dashboard browse to https://10.0.0.18/dashboard .

horizon was NOT installed
