Description of problem:
After booting my encrypted Fedora 20 installation today, I immediately checked for any new updates via YUM, and I found my system was up-to-date. I promptly installed fedup to go ahead and upgrade my system; however, very quickly, before my system began downloading any packages, the upgrade failed.

The reason it gave me was: Downloading failed: invalid data in .treeinfo: File contains no section headers.

After which it gave me the start of an encrypted message, and then abruptly cut off.

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update Fedora 20 with YUM and install fedup
2. Run: fedup --network 21 --product=workstation
3. As soon as the .treeinfo is processed, fail.
