Description of problem:
When trying to register the capsule I get an error from the installer:

How reproducible:
Happening only on RHEL 6 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL 6.6
2. Install Satellite 6.1.0
3. Run Installer

Actual results:
get errors above

Expected results:
proxy registers to host.

Additional info:
selinux is permissive for
iptables is off
i guess it might be related to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1172836

rebased to Foreman 1.7.1 and this issue did not occur

QE Verified in Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-6-20150303.0

This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.
