Description of problem:
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ispname should be device name?

dsl doesn't work properly until ifcfg-ispname is renamed to ifcfg-ppp0
renaming allows normal connections to the internet. In RH9 the file
was named ifcfg-ppp0.

How reproducible:
Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install FC2-test1
2. Try to use Network Device configurator to setup dsl
3. Doesn't work
