Description of problem:

Blank page is printed as result of printing landscape pdf page from "Print" dialog window.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.14.1


Steps to Reproduce:
1. open landscape pdf document
2. open Print dialog windows (Ctrl+P)
3. press Print button

Actual results: blank page is printed.

Expected results: printed pdf document.

Additional info:
Printing from Preview window (Preview button in Print dialog) is OK.

I've just hit this. Marek, now that Fedora 21 is released, this is going to affect a very large number of our users. If it's possible, please let's make sure we have an updated package in Fedora as soon as we can. Thank you!

Hi,

since there is not proper fix yet, I've reverted the commit which causes this problem (https://git.gnome.org/browse/evince/commit/?id=ae7a5715131613955a37419b5da1d6d9f3c1cb1d).

Thanks, I verified the new build and it fixes the problem.

Marek, have you fixed this also in Rawhide? Otherwise I'll want to track this as a proposed blocker bug for upcoming Fedora 22. Thanks for info.

I haven't fixed this in rawhide because I wanted to look for a proper fix on evince side (gtk+'s side should be fixed already in a new gtk3). But it won't hurt anyone if I'll commit the same "fix" to rawhide for now.

evince-3.14.1-8.fc21 has been pushed to the Fedora 21 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
