java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: null when connecting to domain without any server-configs

Component is Testsuite because there is no component for Arquillian

This fix simplifies some domain mode tests, it allows us to remove workaround where we have to add server-config to host that is started with host-master.xml.

I can't set devel_ack+, so please set it for me.
