Our REST API does not provide a way to return measurement definitions based on pluginName, resourceType or metric name. This may be needed when customer wants to export/import alert definitions between his staging/prod JON environments.

It should be easy to implement with low risk - adding new REST endpoint and reusing/exposing MeasurementDefinitionCriteria which already implements requested filtering.
