Steps to Reproduce:
1.Follow the instructions in: https://openstack.redhat.com/Deploying_an_RDO_Undercloud_with_Instack (VM setup)
2. login into the tuskar-ui (undercloud UI)
3. go to the Nodes section and hit on the Filter field (both in the Registered and Maintenance tabs)

Actual results:
Something went wrong! and server error

Expected results:

no error and user gets the proper results
Additional info:

no files nor logs in /var/log/horizon/ dir

Looks like the above mentioned gerrit upstream patch was merged back to master in January
