Description of problem:
Abandon changes pop up with no changes.  First discovered attempting to benchmark chargeback page in conjunction with reports page.

5.3.1.10

How reproducible:
Always with below steps (Tested on two separate appliances with different databases)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Cloud Intelligence-> Reports
2. Select Import/Export from left side accordion
3. Now navigate to Cloud Intelligence -> Chargeback
4. Select Assignments from left side accordion
5. Select Compute, then try and select Storage (Abandon Changes pop up will appear

Aparna, this was fixed upstream, so we just need to cherry pick to 5.3.z.  I've changed the flags from 5.4 to 5.3.z, no need to duplicate this bug.

A couple of issues (including the reported one) were fixed for Chargeback Explorer in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1168384

Please verify if its fixed in 5.3.2.
