Description Susi Lehtola 2014-12-19 08:30:48 UTC
The LAPACK library is not built thread safe, which causes problems in applications calling LAPACK functions in parallel sections.

The issue has a simple fix, by adding -frecursive to the compilation flags.

Comment 2 Susi Lehtola 2015-03-04 18:38:20 UTC
Since ATLAS is linked statically against lapack, it will need to be rebuilt as well.
