This seems to be live-specific. They work on the network install image (2014-12-22); they do indeed seem to be broken on the Workstation live (2014-12-21, it seems to have failed to compose on 12-22). This actually also affects tab navigation as well - you can't even pick a spoke with the Tab key. That makes the live install unusable without a mouse. I'll propose it as an F22 Final blocker on that basis, as a conditional violation of any "Installer must be able to complete an installation" criterion in the case of using the Workstation live image (maybe KDE too, haven't tested yet) without a mouse. This is the productimg stylesheet problem, again. When you use a shortcut key on the installation summary page, anaconda doesn't enter the spoke; it only selects the spoke. That selection is invisible. The reason for that is that anaconda includes a stylesheet for gtk to make some things work nicer, which includes visible selections on anaconda custom widgets, and that stylesheet was erroneously overwritten as part of adding the product logos. There was a workaround on Server to include all of the anaconda stylesheet data in the server productimg stylesheet, but I guess that didn't go as well on Workstation. This problem will manifest in the following ways: - Spoke selections will be invisible. This affects both alt- shortcuts and tab and arrow key keyboard navigation - Mountpoint selections on the custom storage spoke will be invisible. - Keyboard-based disk selections on the storage spoke will be invisible. To clarify this a bit, the checkmark that shows that the disk is selected for installation will work fine. What does *not* work is the blue background that shows that a particular disk is the active widget. - Warnings and the errors in the info bar at the bottom will appear with a blue background which we still think defeats the point of distinguishing between warnings and errors and everything else - The password strength colors are a little off. - If you look really close at separator bars on TreeViews, like the one on the left side of the welcome spoke, there's a little gap in the middle of it. Weird, right? - I think that's it. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1170800 *** (In reply to David Shea from comment #2) > There was a workaround on Server to include all of the anaconda stylesheet > data in the server productimg stylesheet, but I guess that didn't go as well > on Workstation. Whoops, I thought we were talking about 21, not rawhide. Apologies on this part. The workaround is in the 21 Workstation release, and I really ought to clean up all these RC isos at some point. The issue is present on rawhide, both Workstation and Server. |
