Steps to Reproduce:
1.Follow the instructions in: https://openstack.redhat.com/Deploying_an_RDO_Undercloud_with_Instack (VM setup)
2.login into the tuskar-ui (undercloud UI)
3.go to the Provisioning Images section and while having a bunch of images defined, type any (valid) combination of letters in the filter field to show just the ones the fit the match.

Actual results:
The filter doesn't filter accordingly, and it only works if you type the full name of the image

Expected results:

filter works also when typing part of the image name text

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
