When compiling wine on localhost I see:
configure: OpenCL development files not found, OpenCL won't be supported.
Because OpenCL is supported since F21[0] I think we should add
BuildRequires: ocl-icd-devel or something like this.

Package opencl-headers is also required. This will go out in the next wine update.

Package mingw-wine-gecko-2.34-2.fc20, wine-mono-4.5.4-1.fc20, wine-1.7.34-1.fc20:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing mingw-wine-gecko-2.34-2.fc20 wine-mono-4.5.4-1.fc20 wine-1.7.34-1.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
