This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

Yes, sure. before upgrade, check if is compatible for the packages that require its (e.g. springframework-ws). otherwise, we/you MUST provides a patch or revert
the, temporarily the upgrade.
