Description: 
LibSBML is a library for reading, writing and manipulating files and
data streams containing the Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML).
The library supports all Levels and Versions of SBML, up to Level 3
Version 1 Core.  LibSBML is written in ISO standard C++ and C and
provides APIs for the languages C, C++, C#, Java, MATLAB, Octave,
Perl, Python, R and Ruby.
