Description of problem:
Add & Edit volume option,  Configure, and about dialog boxes does not have help links.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhsc-3.0.3-1.20.el6rhs.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Add / Edit volume option , Configure and about buttons.

Actual results:
There are no help links associated with them.

Expected results:
Help links should be present for all the above mentioned features.

Sent upstream patch. It also needs rebuild of rhsc-doc with the new help tags.

Sent patch to show help links for Add / Edit volume option dialog. But we are not able to fix the help links for Configure, and about dialog. Hope it will not be a major concern.

Verified in the build rhsc-doc-3.0.4-1.el6rhs.noarch.

I see help links for add and edit option and changes looks good to me.

About dialog is self explanatory, so i do not think we require a help link there and i do not see major concern not having that.

I do not see any major concern not having it for configure dialog.
