Description of problem:

Qemu process loads CPU a lot after resuming from RAM.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

qemu-system-x86-2.1.2-7.fc21.x86_64

How reproducible:

This bug is reproduced with Win7 x64 guest at least. It happens for me every time after upgrade to F21. Previously I used qemu dev repository on F20 and it happened for me only with two VMs running and only for the second VM.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run VM with Win7 x64 (I use virt-manager)
2. Suspend the host machine
3. Resume the host machine

Actual results:

Qemu process loads CPU a lot (50-100%)

Expected results:

Qemu process should not consume much cpu for idle guests

Additional info:

My system is MacBook Air 5.2

Also the cursor blink rate becomes higher on Windows, so it looks like some timer issue.

This message is a reminder that Fedora 21 is nearing its end of life.
Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining
and issuing updates for Fedora 21. It is Fedora's policy to close all
bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time
this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora  'version'
of '21'.

plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' 
to a later Fedora version.

Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's 
lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a 
more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes 
bugs or makes them obsolete.
