Description of problem:
dnf langavailable <LANGNAME> shows 'language is not available' even though the language support is available.

dnf-langpacks-0.6.0-1.fc21.norch

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1.sudo dnf langavailable tamil
2.sudo dnf langavailable malayalam

Actual results:
1.#dnf langavailable tamil
tamil is not available

2.#dnf langavailable malayalam
malayalam is not available.

Expected results:
1.tamil is available
2.malayalam is available
