Description of problem:
GlusterFS supports RDMA transport type for mounting gluster volumes. We should provide the ability to enable this transport type on gluster volumes during creation of volume, as well as to show the RDMA port used while displaying the volume information

Tested with RHEV 3.6.3.3 by adding RHGS 3.1.2 RC node to 3.5 cluster compatibility.

In this setup, RDMA gluster volumes could be created by checking the RDMA checkbox.
