Description of problem:
php-email-address-validation is not included in EPEL7, yet. Dokuwiki pkg needs it, would it be possible to add php-email-address-validation to epel7? Thank you in advance.

I'm requesting a new branch epel7 for php-email-address-validation  and commit access to php-email-address-validation , I may need Dokuwiki in epel7 .
