Description of problem:
Compiler flags are not supported like those are requested in the guidelines to build new packages.

ninja-build-1.5.3-1.fc22

How reproducible:
yes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use ninja-build in spec file
2. rpmbuild
3.

Actual results:
No debuginfo available after rpmbuild

Expected results:
debuginfo with valid compiler flags
