Cause:
bind package was previously installing the tmpfiles configuration under /etc/tmpfiles.d/.
Consequence:
As a consequence, the administrator's changes made in the /etc/tmpfiles.d/ for bind would be overwritten on package reinstall or update.
Fix:
bind package was fixed to install tmpfiles configuration into /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/.
Result:
As a result, the possibly modified system administrator's configuration /etc/tmpfiles.d/ is preserved on package reinstall or update.
