katello-installer fails to configure

Description of problem:
katello-installer is failing on nightly with the below error.

Since this issue was entered in Red Hat Bugzilla, the release flag has been
set to ? to ensure that it is properly evaluated for this release.

Have just tried to install on both RHEL 66 and 70 and the installer failed with the same issue.

Katello-installer is now successful.

This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.
