Description of problem:
Satellite 6.1.0 installation completes successfully and reports no errors, however it was noted that Lifecycle Environments, Content Views, and other pages under the Content heading are completely blank

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Satellite 6.1.0

Actual results:
Several pages under the Content heading are rendering blank

Expected results:
Pages render properly

I think rubygem-bastion just needs an update. Will do so today and should be in tomorrows compose to test. As it is, using the updated upstream package gets the pages working again.

This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.
