Description of problem:
jython installs Windows exe files in %_datadir

Steps to Reproduce:
rpm -ql jython | grep .exe$

Actual results:
/usr/share/jython/Lib/distutils/command/wininst-9.0-amd64.exe

/usr/share/jython/Lib/distutils/command/wininst-8.0.exe
/usr/share/jython/Lib/distutils/command/wininst-7.1.exe
/usr/share/jython/Lib/distutils/command/wininst-9.0.exe

Expected results:
empty list

as soon as you are able to.
