As part of the Fedora repo is desirable to support at less en-EN and en-US (than is default language in publican)

How reproducible:
Try to create a doc with publican-icaro brand in other language than es-ES

Expected results:
More languages suported

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
