Description of problem:
beesu-bash-completion.sh is in /etc/profile.d instead of /etc/bash_completion.d/

completion is added even when bash-completion package is not installed

no completions if no bash-completion package installed

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 7 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing beesu-2.7-23.el7'
as soon as you are able to.
