Hi,

I can navigate the PDF in F21's evince just fine. Could you be more specific about what doesn't work?

Please go to cover page. Then use < and > buttons to navigate from cover
page to page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, one by one.

Comment 3 Marek Kašík 2015-04-16 14:10:54 UTC
Hi,

the < and > buttons are for navigation in history. They will become sensitive once you use a link inside the PDF. They are not intended to navigate you sequentially through pages.
The buttons you are looking for where removed during a cleaning of the header bar for evince 3.14 (see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=732289).

I'm closing this bug as notabug because the change was intentional.

Regards

Marek

Comment 4 H.J. Lu 2015-04-16 14:38:47 UTC
Is there a button which can be used to view pages 1-10 one by one?
If not, this is a regression.

Comment 5 Marek Kašík 2015-04-16 14:45:38 UTC
You can use right-click menu to access "Previous Page" and "Next Page" items or "View Options" menu for the same thing.

Comment 6 H.J. Lu 2015-04-16 15:14:04 UTC
So the page navigation button is gone. Is this correct?

Comment 7 Marek Kašík 2015-04-16 15:48:12 UTC
Yes, those buttons are gone.

It makes viewing pdf file much inconvenient. Should I open a new bug?

If you want to discuss this with evince developers, you can do it in the mentioned upstream bug: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=732289. I will not go against their decision.
