Description of problem:
When using original syntax for `scl enable` with the last argument as command and without '--' separator, scl returns error.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
$ rpm -q scl-utils
scl-utils-2.0-2.fc21.x86_64

How reproducible:
every-time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. scl enable myscl 'which bash'

Actual results:
Unable to get file status /etc/scl/conf/which: No such file or directory

Expected results:
/usr/bin/bash

The error is caused by wrapper script that passes arguments to scl binary incorrectly.

* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing scl-utils-2.0.1-2.fc21'
as soon as you are able to.
