Description of problem: 

There is no activity in rss2email's original project page for a long time. The project is being actively maintained at [2].

There are problems related to CSS in version 2.71 that have been improved in latest versions. See [3] and [4].

It would be great if we could change the project location and update rss2email to the latest version on Fedora.

That may be true, but similarly important would be whether Fedora users are affected by any such problems and report them, too.

There have been lots of initial problems with rss2email 3.x, too.
