Right -- netconsole/netdump are not supported by RHEL3 ia64 kernels. There is work being done for netdump/netconsole ia64 support in RHEL4. *** Bug 118356 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |

Is this still true for RH3? Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load the netdump client rpm 2. Set the netdump server in the /etc/sysconfig/netdump file 3. run: service netdump propagate 4. run: /etc/rc.d/init.d/netdump start Additional info:
