No way to access InProgress Tasks none

Description of problem:
Sync task should provide - for each displayed repo being synchronized - a direct link to the sync task for the repo. That would be usefull to see status ot the sync task, esp. when there are some problems with the task (see bz1173133/bz1176157, some packages failed to download, some other error).

Currently, there is just link to Cancel the task - but that is not desired if one wishes to examine the task first. (one has to go to Monitor -> Tasks and filter per repo name)

Could there be a similar link like "Task complete" but also for the pending/in-progress tasks?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to sync a repo
2. Check if the "Sync Status" page offers a direct link to the task in progress (before the task completes)


Actual results:
No such link available.


Expected results:
Link present e.g. in "Details" column (same text like "No new packages" but with URL below it). Or instead of just Cancel link, have there "Task" link as well.

Moving this to ASSIGNED state as, this does not appear to be fixed as per the below mentioned initial bug description.

It has been solved upstream now, but had mistakenly been moved to CLOSED previously

Verified in Satellite 6.2 Beta Snap 15.

Sync status page now has links to the corresponding foreman task.
