Description of problem:
Remove the options set vm maintenance reason,/dev/random/ source and /dev/hwrng/source from new cluster dialog box as it is not necessary when ovirt is installed in gluster mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to web admin portal
2. click on New in the cluster dialog box.
3.

Actual results:
Options  set vm maintenance reason,/dev/random/ source and /dev/hwrng/source are seen.

Expected results:
The above options should not been seen when ovirt is installed in gluster mode.

Verified the fix on build,
ovirt-engine-3.6.0-0.0.master.20150518173633.gitcf0f078.el6.noarch

Options  set vm maintenance reason,/dev/random/ source and /dev/hwrng/source are not seen when ovirt is installed in gluster mode in the verified build.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
