Description of problem:
Package perl-RPM2 was removed from compose (see bug 1020827), but it stays installed after upgrade.

always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have 5.6.0@RHEL6@EmbeddedPostgreSQL
2. Upgrade to 5.7.0@RHEL6@EmbeddedPostgreSQL (no OS upgrade involved


Actual results:
Package perl-RPM2 stays installed but is not in any channel system is registered to.


Expected results:
Maybe some conflict should be somewhere?

Upgrade to 5.8, it's not there.
