I sent an email to the hwdata maintainer at http://www.linux-usb.org/usb-ids.html hwdata-0.274-2.fc21 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 21. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/hwdata-0.274-2.fc21 Thank you Mr. Meval! The correct solution is IMHO to remove the entry because it's redundant. I'll add some check for this case to Makefile to prevent such occurrences next time. Package hwdata-0.274-2.fc21: * should fix your issue, * was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository, * should be available at your local mirror within two days.
