This bug has been copied from bug #1184280 and has been proposed
to be backported to 7.0 z-stream (EUS).

I have tested this package for about a week now without encountering any issues.

Testing included start/stop of one node, all nodes, full node crash and full cluster crash/restart.

I am satisfied with the results.
