When Neependra reported this I assumed it was just down to the PackageManager class failing to execute rpm inside the chroot (this would cause plugins running in SYSROOT to operate on the package set present in the container); I hadn't realised we had a different package name in RHEL vs. Fedora.

Will get the PR merged into bmr-tupperware and a new build out today.
