Description of problem:
Upgrade from 5.3.1 to 5.3.2 breaks external httpd authentication against IDM

Upgrade from 5.3.1 to 5.3.2

How reproducible:
so far 100€%
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have an existing external httpd authentication configuration with IDM on the appliance
2.Update the appliance
3.try to log in with previously functional IDM credentials

Actual results:
you shall not pass.

Expected results:
access

Additional info:
Reconfiguring option 10 (Configure External Authentication (httpd)) in the management console restores the functionality.

It looks like it might be.

Fix provided as a %post section in the cfme RPM. 
Pushed to 5.4.0.0-24-2 and will be available in next build 5.4.0.0-25.

5.4.0.2 -> 5.4.0.4 - the External authentication worked after the update.
