All or most of all package stored in hawkey.Package.requires list has 'solvable:prereqmarker'.

As discussed in IRC:
jsilhan: thats libsolv constant -> a bug in hawkey

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
