Description of problem:
Staypuft deployment with Ceph storage fails to start glance api.
Glance API config must be set with correct glance store setting for Ceph backend storage. Currently "glance Store" is set wrong as "default_store" instead of "stores" in the  
"/usr/share/openstack-puppet/modules/glance/manifests/backend/rbd.pp" file.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy an HA neutron with Ceph backend for glance
2.Create Ceph cluster
3.verify glance image-list

Actual results:
glance image-list fails since glance-api fails to start

Expected results:
glance image-list should output empty table if no image exists or display all available images.

Crag has reviewed this and bug 1183946.  They're duplicate issues that really is a bug in openstack-puppet-modules.  Closing this as a duplicate and moving the other bug.
