rubygem-openshift-origin-node is not in F21.
rubygem-openshift-origin-node is in F20, but it will not run because F20 has ruby 2.0 and rubygem-openshift-origin-node will not run on ruby 2.0.
The only reason it was in F20 is because we kept hearing rumors that SCL would make it into F20, which it didn't.
rubygem-openshift-origin-node is in F19, but at this time F19 is EOL.

There are some rubygem-openshift-origin-node built for F21, but they were not in the final release and you cannot download them from anywhere but koji.

Because the affected software is not able to run on any supported version of Fedora, it is unable to be exploited.  Because it is unable to be exploited, I am marking this as Wont Fix.
