Description Ryan Lerch 2015-01-30 16:42:29 UTC
Description of problem:
When trying to view the tutorials that are bundled in inkscape (Help > Tutorials > ... in the inkscape menus), inkcsape reports the following error:

Failed to load the requested file /usr/share/inkscape/tutorials/tutorial-basic.svg

This is because the tutorials are in the inkscape-docs subpackage that is not automatically installed when installing Inkscape from the Fedora repos.

Comment 1 Gwyn Ciesla 2015-01-30 16:47:56 UTC

The reason this was originally done is because the tutorials take up over 40Mb when installed and on space constrained systems this allowed them to be optional.
